On Monday it was learned that, when analyzing the cell phone of the regional governor, Rodrigo Díazit was detected that this obtained information about a case outside the agreements by who it was head of the BIPE of Concepción, subprefect Walter Oyarcewho is suspended and with an open case in the Public Ministry.
