By means of the Resolution 709/2023 published this Monday, August 28 in the Official Newsletterl, a measure is materialized that directly impacts the bioethanol market derived from corn and sugar cane. The Secretary of Energyin tune with the complexity of the country’s macroeconomic situation, decided to restructure both prices and calculation formulas that govern this sector.
In this sense, a new value was established for the acquisition of bioethanol. In this context, bioethanol obtained from sugar cane is valued andn $237,672 per liter, intended for its imperative mixture with naphtha.
