Villarruel’s denialist call
Just days after different links that the current deputy of Freedom Advances (LLA) with emblems of state terrorism as Jorge Rafael Videla either Miguel Osvaldo Etchecolatz, an invitation to an act in the Buenos Aires Legislature to honor the «victims of terrorism» began to circulate.
The flyer says that the person calling is the deputy Victoria Villarruel, despite the fact that she has nothing to do with the Buenos Aires Legislature, since she occupies a seat in the national Congress. The name of the LLA legislator appears smaller Lucía Montenegro, one of Milei’s loyalists on the Buenos Aires front.
The invitation bears the seal of the Center for Legal Studies on Terrorism and its Victims (Celtyv), the entity chaired by Villarruel. Celtyv was formed in 2006 as a reaction to the reopening of trials for crimes against humanity. The main objective of this group is to prosecute the militants of the ’70s. Celtyv was created as a branch of the Argentine Unity Association (Aunar)founded in 1993 by soldiers who acted in the illegal repression.
