Milena Salamanca, an artist who has folklore in her blood
Argentine folklore singer and dancer, Salamanca was born in the city of La Plata in 1994. Daughter of Luis Salamanca, musician and owner of an Andean music club called “La Salamanca”.
He comes from a family of Jujeño and Buenos Aires origins, which carries out this family and cultural project. Since she was little she was linked to the folkloric environment and in her adolescence she began to study dance and vocal technique.
In 2012 she was the winner as Vocal Soloist in the Pre Cosquín and Revelation of the Cosquín National Folklore Festival. Already in 2017 He was again consecrated with the “Cia” Dance Ensemble. “Pucara” in Pre Cosquín and revelation of the Cosquín National Folklore Festival.
On Saturday, May 18, the artist will present this EP at Vorterix Club (Mar del Plata), while on Sunday, May 19, it will be the turn of the Santiagueños de Berisso Residents Club.
