The incident occurred in March 2022, and according to the investigation, the accused of mistreatment of a Carabineros official at work He was driving under the influence of drugs.
During this day, the victim, witnesses to the incident and the accused testified, an instance in which it was detailed that the subject He was driving his motorcycle without a class C license, without license plates and under the consumption of marijuana.

Given this situation, the Prosecutor’s Office requests 20 years in prison for the completed crime of mistreatment of a Carabineros official and three years for driving under the influence of narcotics.
