Hundreds of users of Payment Market This afternoon they reported errors in the use of several functions of the platform e-commerce. On Twitter/X, the majority of complaints were about problems making transfers and payments, while others could not even access their account.
«Something went wrong. We are working to solve it” and “Transfers are not possible. We have technical difficulties”, are the two messages that the platform returned when users tried to enter their profile and operate from their accounts.

Affected users also include many merchants who cannot use the platform to make payments or receive money for their sales.
The platform did not publish an official communication regarding when the incident will be resolved. And although the problem does not affect all users (many have operational functions), Mercado Libre’s technical service reported that they are studying the origin of the failures to find the solution and get it back in optimal conditions.
