Legion became the most powerful mutant of all time

Charles Xavier’s son absorbs every mutant power

In a shocking turn, the legion of Charles Xavier’s son has become an X-Men, making him the most powerful mutant. David Haller has long been one of the X-Men’s most powerful beings, an Omega level mutant capable of generating almost any superpower. However, with this latest update, Legion has now become powerful enough to make even the gods run for cover.

Legion only obtained this update because he was already powerful enough to dominate the Scarlet Witch, showing the divine level he has reached now.

In today’s Giant size house m #1 – From Jackson Lanzing, Collin Kelly, Francesco Manna, and Edgar Delgado – Legion and Mrs. Marvel travel back to 2005’s House of M. In this altered reality created by Scarlet Witch, Legion kidnaps its iconic «No more mutant» spell, eliminating the powers of all but 199 mutants.

This Legion is not technically David Haller. David left behind his body and powers to ascend beyond reality, with his powers generating his own entity that has now taken over his body. The resulting Legion is pure power, without any humanity to guide its decisions.

Afterward, Legion absorbs the powers eliminated, obtaining the skills of hundreds of thousands of mutants. While Mrs. Marvel intends to defeat the villain, it is difficult to imagine what even the X-Men can do against an enemy with the combined powers of a whole species.

The collective has somehow returned, even more powerful than before. Legion’s actions have set off a chain of events that have brought back one of Marvel’s most remarkable villains, offering them a second chance at wreaking havoc.
