He expressed his eagerness for season 3 but highlighted the tremendous effort required in creating the first two seasons. Furuhashi mentioned the need to give animators a break before diving into the next installment, hinting at a potential release around the time of the upcoming Olympic Games.
«Between season 1 and season 2, 220,000 animated pictures were created. I would love to give animators a bit of breathing room. So, if it were up to me, we might have to wait until the next Olympic Games for season 3,» Furuhashi stated.
